1. How to identify the components on the PCBA OEM material
The components on the PCB are as shown in the picture, it mainly has two categories, one is the through-hole type, this kind of components are relatively large, and the board must be drilled to insert, the other type is the surface mount type, this kind of component does not need to be drilled, it is to use the steel mold to put the half-molten solder paste on the circuit board, and then paste the SMD components, and solder it on the circuit board by reflow soldering.
2. Understand the wires, vias, and pads on the PCBA SMD board
The wire on the board made by PCBA manufacturers is called copper film wire, it is used for the wire connection on the circuit board, usually the printed wire is to connect the two pads or vias between the wires, many pads are actually the pins on the components, when the two pads can not be connected, it will be connected through jumpers or vias, the vias are also called metallized holes, it is used to connect the wires between different layers. 3. When producing batch circuit boards, a layer of solder mask will be laid on the board, and the color of the solder mask is generally green or brown, so the reason why the PCB processed by PCBA is generally green or brown is actually the color of the solder mask on it.
In addition to the other places to be soldered, the solder mask diagram is usually added to add a layer of solder mask, so that it can be soldered quickly, and can also prevent short circuits caused by overflow during soldering.
