STG Electronics is a special pcb manufacturer of all types of Printed Circuit Boards, and PCB services. Our areas of expertise include the supply of Multi layer PCBs ( up to 24 layer ) Double sided PCBs and Single sided PCBs. We also offer Automated Subcontract PCB Assembly , both Surface Mount and conventional, and supply etched Solder Paste Stencils for use in Surface mount build.
Single Sided Printed Circuit Boards
Conventional PCB's , either Single Sided , or Double sided Non PTH, are offered on each of the following substrates.

A variety of finishes are offered including Bare copper , Roller Tin , Hot Air Solder Level , ( HASL ) and Electroless Nickel Gold. Boards can be final profiled by 'V' Scored , CNC Routered or tooled for power pressing for high volume product. Standard turnaround is normally 10 working days from receipt of manufacturing information, although , obviously , this can be improved , dependant on your needs.
Double Sided PTH & Multi Layer PCB's
Our Manufacturing processes utilise the latest techniques, with a wide range of 'in-house' finishes including Hot Air Solder Level , Roller Tin, Electroless Nickel Gold , Electroplated Gold , Carbon Ink , Peelable Solder Resist. Electrical test is also an ' in-house ' facility.

All manufacture of printed circuit boards is subject to Statistical process control methodology.
